A campus proposal for the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory, connecting musical rhythm with courtyards, gathering places and routes through the landscape.

Music unfolds through time; architecture lets us choose our own route. Forest of Verdi explores this distinction through a conservatory campus whose courtyards and passages offer different ways to encounter music, people and landscape.

Performance and teaching spaces are connected by courtyards and sheltered routes. Undulating mesh filters the glazed façades; a solid concrete canopy admits daylight through openings above the trees. Beyond the park boundary, the surrounding buildings place the proposal within Rogoredo. The original plans and section reveal the campus organisation alongside the early sketches.

Form follows music.
As you move through the space, corridor becomes feminine, you become the masculine.
Invisible light is hidden in d-archness that ego does not seek.
