A sports-hall proposal for Liceo Artistico A. Frattini, expanding the existing art-school campus in Varese.

Conceived as an addition to the existing art-school campus, the sports hall brings together movement, access and a renewed relationship with the surrounding spaces. Plans and interior views explain the sports programme alongside the exterior design.

The slender timber elements on the entrance façade translate music into an architectural rhythm. Their changing intervals give the approach a sequence, allowing the building’s expression to connect physical activity with the school’s artistic life.
